Our Business Model
We operate as a sales partner with an established European wholesaler who has their own warehouses in the EU. Our products are shipped to you from our partner's EU warehouse. This allows us to offer you a wide range of high-quality branded fashion at fair prices – without our own warehousing costs.
Origin of Our Products
All products originate from European supply chains. Our partner procures goods through established European distribution channels. Each product is delivered with original packaging and labels.
Quality
You will only receive new, unworn original goods. Should you ever be dissatisfied, you can easily return any item within 30 days. The refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
Shipping
Shipping is handled by selected logistics partners (e.g., DPD, GLS) from our partner's EU warehouse. Delivery time to Germany and Austria is usually 3-5 business days. You will automatically receive a tracking number by email after shipment.
